Deluxe RVs

• Check in time 4:00-7:00 pm, check out time 11:00 am. Early check in possible with a fee depending availability. You must call at least 24 hour in advance to facilitate. Late Check in after 9 pm not available.
• Maximum 4 people permitted in all RVs including children & infants.
• Minimum 2 night stay May, June, September, & October.
• Weekly bookings only in July & August.
• Victoria, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving long weekends booked for 3 nights or more only.
• Rates do not include applicable taxes. Prices quoted in Canadian Dollars.
• Tents and campers are not permitted outside the rental unit. Cooking tents permitted over picnic tables only.
• Cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard accepted. If paying by e-Transfer, the full amount must be paid up front when reserving the rental unit.
• Prices subject to change without notice.

DOG FRIENDLY
• Quiet, socialized dogs are welcome with permission and a cleaning fee, and must be arranged for at the time of booking. Maximum 2 dogs permitted.
• Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds, and must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
• Guest are required to clean up after their pets.
• Please call to inquire about pet cleaning fee.
• Cats are not permitted.

GUEST POLICY
•Guests are welcome at any time during your stay as long as WLR Policies are respected, including rental unit capacity.
•Please note that there cannot be more than 4 people, including babies and children sleeping in the RV at night.
• All guests are required to register before proceeding to any rental unit. Vehicles are to be parked in the guest parking area.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• *50% deposit required on all reservations. Non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. We will not refund deposits for any changes due to Provincial regulations - you have reserved with us amidst a pandemic, so you choose to take that risk. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card as a deposit by phone indicates your compliance with the above reservation policy. The balance of the rental unit is due upon arrival. We kindly ask that the remainder be paid by Interac or cash, if possible. 
• Guests who cancel less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, or who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be responsible for the balance of the rental fee unless the booking is resold.
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.

LIVING ROOM: All living rooms are furnished with couches and easy chairs, and most include a futon couch or sofa bed. TV, and DVD players are included. All RVs also have an air conditioner, and screened windows.

KITCHEN: Each kitchen has a fridge, stove/oven, and microwave. The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, wine glasses, linens, coffee filters, etc. There are many other items available on loan, i.e. roasting pans, blenders, french presses, camp stove coffee perks, cake pans, waffle irons, and more.

BATHROOM: The 4 piece bathroom is equipped with a small tub/shower combo. We supply bath linens, including large beach towels, toilet tissue and liquid hand soap.

BEDROOMS: Comfortable bed linens are provided.

SMALL DECK: A propane BBQ, picnic table and adirondack chair are included at all RVs. Each RV has it's own private firepit.

STORE: Firewood, lures, bait, groceries, premium fuel, and a variety of other vacation needs are available at our store. We try to carry a wide variety of stock, including milk, bread, ice cream, candy, pop, canned goods, and many basic grocery items. We carry a small amount of frozen foods including hamburger patties, ground beef, steaks, bacon, hot-dogs, and hash browns. And of course, all the ingredients required to make s'mores!
