Do your kids clamour to go camping but you have no desire to sit in a hot soggy tent with the mosquitoes knocking at the door? Do you want to become ‘Parent of the Year’ without all the labour of hauling all your camping gear to the lake, and cooking over a hot smokey fire? Well, we’ve got you covered! Sit in the comfort of air conditioning, and sleep on a dry Queen bed in one of our deluxe RVs!

Our 40’ deluxe RVs have everything you need!

•A/C (& furnace heat for the Fall)
•Full bathroom with a little tub & shower, and grown up toilet!
•Full kitchen with dishes, pots, pans, large and small appliances
•Living room with sofa bed or fold down couch, TV & DVD player (no satellite, bring movies!)
•Bed & bath linens are provided
•1 minute walk to the shore where you have access to our complementary watercraft!
•Pet (dog) Friendly with a fee.
•Deck with a propane BBQ, and a firepit beside the deck.
•The RVs are situated in a treed lot with privacy.

Sleeps maximum 4 people, including babies & children:
•Site 1- 1 bedroom with queen bed, sofa bed in living room, with a curtain for privacy
•Site 2- 2 bedrooms (queen and bunk beds).
•Site 3- 1 Queen bedroom, with a double fold down couch, with an accordion door for privacy

WLR Policies

• Check in time 4:00-7:00 pm, check out time 11:00 am. Early check in possible with a fee depending availability. You must call at least 24 hour in advance to facilitate. Late Check in after 9 pm not available.
• Maximum 4 people permitted in all RVs including children & infants.
• Minimum 2 night stay May, June, September, & October.
• Weekly bookings only in July & August.
• Victoria, Labour Day, and Thanksgiving long weekends booked for 3 nights or more only.
• Rates do not include applicable taxes. Prices quoted in Canadian Dollars.
• Tents and campers are not permitted outside the rental unit. Cooking tents permitted over picnic tables only.
• Cash, Interac, Visa, MasterCard accepted. If paying by e-Transfer, the full amount must be paid up front when reserving the rental unit.
• Prices subject to change without notice.

DOG FRIENDLY
• Quiet, socialized dogs are welcome with permission and a cleaning fee, and must be arranged for at the time of booking. Maximum 2 dogs permitted.
• Dogs are not permitted on the furniture or beds, and must be leashed at all times when outdoors.
• Guest are required to clean up after their pets.
• Please call to inquire about pet cleaning fee.
• Cats are not permitted.

GUEST POLICY
•Guests are welcome at any time during your stay as long as WLR Policies are respected, including rental unit capacity.
•Please note that there cannot be more than 4 people, including babies and children sleeping in the RV at night.
• All guests are required to register before proceeding to any rental unit. Vehicles are to be parked in the guest parking area.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

• *50% deposit required on all reservations. Non-refundable if reservation is cancelled. We will not refund deposits for any changes due to Provincial regulations - you have reserved with us amidst a pandemic, so you choose to take that risk. Your verbal authorization to use your credit card as a deposit by phone indicates your compliance with the above reservation policy. The balance of the rental unit is due upon arrival. We kindly ask that the remainder be paid by Interac or cash, if possible. 
• Guests who cancel less than 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival date, or who do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date will be responsible for the balance of the rental fee unless the booking is resold.
• No refunds for late arrivals or early departures.
